NOVEL HiFi is a new 347-unit luxury apartment community coming to Flatiron Crossing’s reimagined 25-acre HiFi district, where living, entertainment, dining, and culture converge in one walkable destination. Developed through a collaboration between Crescent Communities and Macerich, NOVEL HiFi will be fully integrated into the heart of the district, offering residents a true front-row seat to concerts, events, and everyday energy in HiFi’s central plaza.

NOVEL HiFi will blend art, music, technology, and culinary culture into daily life, paired with thoughtfully designed residences and elevated amenities.
